Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please submit an exchange request via email to inkedandstamped26@gmail.com, please include photos or video clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received, provide a brief description of the defect, damage, or incorrect item received, so we can properly evaluate the issue.
Please note that exchanges cannot be processed for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or for orders where the customer has changed their mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing before completing their purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including custom or personalized products, items that have been worn or used, sale items, and gift cards.
All sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
